Responsibilities:

* Working as part of the creative team, senior designer/art director leads a team of designers and works closely with creative director / designer / copywriter / programmer / production coordinator, forming a productive creative partnership to create original ideas using a brief from the client. His/her role is to interpret what the client wants to say in an interesting visual design and gain an understanding of the target audience and business that the project is aimed at. Knowledge of corporate communication, printing production & website is an advantage. They are also responsible for engaging other members of the team, such as account management, traffic, illustrators, photographers, designers or Mac operators in the project and work effectively under pressure to ensure deadlines are met. The senior designer will manage & oversee multiple works from the initial concepts, until completion of the finished product.



Requirements:

* Male/female
* Between 26-32 years old
* min. 3-5 years of experience in design agency
* Min. S1 in graphic design from reputable local/overseas university
* Knowledge of branding, corporate identity, collateral materials
* Can work independently as well as a group with minimal supervision
* Fluent in English – oral & written
* Hardworking, organized, responsible, communicative
* Knowledge of web issue is a plus but NOT a must
